"This location has the most incompetent staff I have ever come across! The sales person in the appliance department has no knowledge about the products. The Manager of the store gives the excuse that the staff is new, however I've been walking by to see the same staff in the dept. for over 6 months now."

"Horrible experience ordering appliances from here. They delivered the wrong dishwasher and it took over a month for them to get the right one to us. Then once the right one was delivered we realized it was broken. 2 of the 4 appliances we ordered had problems with them when they arrived. They were all highly rated appliances. Home Depot didn't offer us any discounts or specials even after screwing up our order"

"I went to this store to buy a microwave oven. They told me that it would have to be ordered because they don't stock that model. I set up a delivery for that Sat.. They were to call me on Friday to let me know what time they would be there. I didn't receive a call so I called the store on Sat. They told me to call the delivery company. I called the delivery company and they didn't have me in the system. So I had to call back to the store and have them call to order the delivery. I never receiver a call back."

"I was not told that I needed to buy a water line. Delivery folks delivered the fridge and had me sign off on the bill of laden. We asked how soon the water would work - I was told that it would work shortly. When I called Home Depot Broomfield CO I spoke with the customer service who transferred me to the appliances where I got transferred back to customer service..."

"I ordered a washer and dryer. Despite choosing the stacking option on the order (it was on the confirmation email), the deliver did not include a stacking kit. I had to pay an additional $50 to get the stacking kit delivered and I had to wait a week. Because they had already taken the old washer/dryer, I had to do laundry in a laundry mat and had an uninstalled dryer sitting in my living room for a week. I don't think that I will order delivery from Home Depot again."
