"GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING A WASHER. We came here after a nightmarish experience at Home Depot. Buying a washer couldn't have been easier- the 2 appliance people were both extremely knowledgable and helpful, and we got our washer delivered and installed the NEXT DAY."

"Told me I could get next day delivery on a refrigerator. Once they had my credit card they called an hour later and said it would be 5 day delivery. Seems that Lowe's delivery at this store does that a lot. Gets your money by promising anything and then changes it up after purchase. Cancelled order and went through the competition."

"Walked in at 8:30 am to replace a broken washing machine. The staff inside were prompt, friendly and helpful. My new unit was delivered at 9:45 am, same day. I’ll never buy appliances anywhere else! 😁👍"

"Bought 5 grand in appliances and bought extended warranty through Lowe's. Had to use warranty, and the repair shop they contract doesn't show up. Has happened twice now. They wont use a different shop. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for appliances."
